Filter by topic cluster tags. Sort by position ascending. Identify keywords in positions 5–20. Add SERP Features column — flag keywords triggering Featured Snippets or PAA where NeuroStim doesn't hold the feature. Export: tracked-keywords-positions.csv

Open Organic Traffic Insights — connect GSC
Filter same date range as Position Tracking. Sort by impressions descending. Look for keywords with Impressions > 500 AND CTR < 3% AND Position 1–10 — these are suppressed by a SERP feature someone else owns. Export: oti-gsc-keywords.csv

Run keyword gap against 3–5 competitors
Keyword Gap: neurostimtms.com vs brainsway.com, greenbrooktms.com, neurostaradvancedtherapy.com. Set intersection to Missing and Weak. Informational pass first, then Commercial. Filter by SERP features triggered — sort by volume.

Filter gaps by SERP feature opportunity

Feed those URLs into On Page SEO Checker. Focus on semantic relevance, content length vs top 10, and schema markup gaps for healthcare SERP features.

Existing page ranks 11–30 for gap keyword → optimize existing. No page in top 50 → create new content brief.

Merge all exports into Keyword Manager
Upload combined list to SEMrush Keyword Manager. Use Clustering feature to group by topical similarity. Prevents duplicate content creation across the 60+ location pages.

Score and assign to editorial calendar
Score by: (1) volume × (1 – difficulty/100), (2) SERP feature opportunity, (3) funnel stage. Top 5 clusters become next month's content or optimization priorities. Priority formula: Score = (Monthly Volume × Intent Weight) ÷ KD Score. Intent weights: Informational = 1.0, Commercial = 1.4, Transactional = 1.8.
